1. General Information

1.1. Sporka is a supplier of high-quality safety and sports apparel.
1.2. These Terms apply to all customers, vendors, and visitors interacting with our brand.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Orders

2.1. Orders can be placed via our website or through direct purchase agreements.
2.2. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design and color. We do not offer single-piece orders.
2.3. Before production, a sample will be created for your review and approval.
2.4. Production will begin only after receiving your approval of the sample.
2.5. A non-refundable advance payment is required for all samples before the sample is provided.
2.6. Orders can be canceled without penalty only if done within three days of placing the order.
2.7. Cancellation requests received after production has started may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payments

3.1. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. However, customer quotes will be honored for 30 days.
3.2. We require a 50% deposit of the total order value before production begins.
3.3. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon order completion but before shipment.
3.4. For established customers with a proven payment history, alternative payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
3.5. We accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, and other hassle-free payment services.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping timelines vary based on location and order size. Estimated delivery times will be provided at order confirmation.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
4.4. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
5.2. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

5.4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the purchase date.
6.2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses.
