  • Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

4. Custom Products

Most SPORKA products are manufactured according to customer requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, colors, sizes, and specifications. SPORKA is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

  • Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included unless specifically stated.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before production begins. Manufacturing may not commence until the required advance payment has been received. The remaining balance must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, material availability, and public holidays. While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, SPORKA is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted international courier and freight partners. Delivery times provided by shipping companies are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product contains verified manufacturing defects or does not match the approved specifications. Any claims must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment, supported by clear photographs and relevant details.

10. Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Minor variations in color, stitching, sizing, or printing may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable industry tolerances.

11. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided logos, trademarks, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting such materials, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use them. SPORKA will not be responsible for any trademark or copyright disputes arising from customer-supplied designs.
